For the last 25 years of my career, I have been focused on business growth, building high-performance teams, continuous improvement, coaching staff, colleagues and clients in small, medium to large global businesses.

Managing all areas of business from sales, operations, transport, marketing, operations, distribution, production, customer service, property, finance, assets, processes across many industries.

My success was due to the people, my role was to provide clear and concise communication. I achieved this by making every single person accountable within the business, focused on coaching, building confidence, development, continuous improvement, building the skills to take the business to the next level.

I have won many awards over the years in business excellence, sales, operational excellence, and have been nominated for Business Women of the Year!This is where I inherited the nickname “The Power House” because I get sh*! done! I am a down to earth person who does not mind getting her hands dirty. I have worked hard all my life growing up on a farm.

I have a lot of drive, ambition, passion for life and helping people. I worked side by side with global CEOs, exposed to high-end bespoke leadership training, and ended up being placed on many committees across many industries & categories.
I have been successful in most ventures I took on. Without coaches and mentors at the beginning and during my career I would not have made it to where I am today and today I still have a coach.

Colin Kerr, Senior Business Consultant

Colin Kerr is originally from Scotland and immigrated to Australia in 1994 after working through an apprenticeship within the Office Equipment Industry as a Service Engineer and this saw him achieving qualifications and National Certificates for Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Since arriving in Australia Colin has worked in senior roles for various global businesses and his key strengths are in Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations and Supply Chain.

A Senior Manager who leads from the front with demonstrated experience of delivering growth through Business Development Strategy and Execution with key skills in leadership and customer engagement.

A valued contributor to business strategy, operational excellence and driving results through staff engagement. Respected by peers and team for leadership through challenging change and economic conditions.

Colin has lead teams of over 100 staff at any given time and has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, this has given Colin much success and experience in leadership, recruiting, training and developing people enabling him to achieve great heights within his career. He has also project managed several multi-million-dollar acquisitions over his 36 years career.

Specialising In Sustainable, Social and Inclusion Procurement

Most recently [in the last 6 years] Colin’s focus has been working in and around Sustainable, Social and Inclusion Procurement. This is an area of huge focus and growth nowadays being driven by Federal Government, State Government and Corporate organisations which trickles down to SMEs as contractors and subcontractors.

Fiona Paterson,Tender writer and coach

Fiona Paterson is an accomplished experienced Senior Leader. With over 20 years in leading large sales teams across many industries & product categories. Fiona has predominantly focused on education & training, federal & local government & Large Corporate sectors, with a passion for winning new business, developing customer relationships, and go to market sales plans and strategies. Fiona takes a hands-on position with her clients and is focussed on achieving targets and KPi’s.

Fiona is a processed and outcome orientated individual; she makes herself accountable as well as her teams. Fiona has won over a billion dollars in tenders. Fiona’s one of the most experienced tender writers for Government, large corporates, education and training. She is strategic in her approach with an eye for detail.

Fiona has also developed training courses to suit any division across the businesses she has worked in. She is passionate about employee’s continuous development as she see’s this as the key to the company’s success.
